Free Daily Practice and public Study Notes provide opportunities to explore MLT Recall’s teaching style and question experience. Review the product features and access period before purchasing.

Digital purchases

Once the purchased digital access has been activated, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, exchanges or prorated refunds for unused time. This includes choosing not to use the product or a change in your preparation plans.

Payment or access problems

This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Duplicate charges, payment taken without delivery of the purchased access, and materially defective or misdescribed services will be investigated and resolved as appropriate.

Contact us

Use our contact form with your account email, payment reference and a description of the issue. Never send card credentials. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where supported; we will communicate the expected processing and credit timelines.

Cancellation

Stopping use of an activated plan does not create a refund entitlement for the remaining period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
